Custom Lino Cut House Portrait, Handmade personalized block print of your house

Regular price $225.00
This is a custom hand-carved print created at your request!
The artwork size is 4" x 6" created to fit perfectly into a standard 11" x 14" frame.
How it works:
Send me your photo and I will reproduce it as a lino cut. Please keep in mind the better the quality of the photo you send the better the final product will be. Email me 1-3 photos of the home you would like me to work from and tell me your wishes.
Your hand-carved print will be created in a similar style to the examples above with the artistic quality of lino cut and fine detail in select places to enhance the composition. If you have any questions or specific requests please don't hesitate to let me know.
1st Print - Carving of the plate - This option is mandatory to initiate the process. I will hand carve a block in order to transfer the ink to paper creating your 1st print!
Editioned Prints - The printmaking process not only creates a striking illustration of your house it also means that you have the option to purchase more than one and it is still an original! After the block is carved I am able to make multiple, limited edition prints from the same pate. Each print is original and slightly unique. A wonderful gift for a family home or workplace. The plate could produce up to 50 prints.
Add a Frame - I am able to supply the art in a quality, custom-made, 11" x 14", ready-to-hang black frame. (as shown) This option is available for local pickup only and not suitable for shipping.
If you choose your art unframed it will be shipped to you with a cardboard backer in a protective clear envelope. All my work is on archival paper, to ensure it will last forever if properly cared for. Each print comes signed and editioned.
As this is custom-made, please figure about 1 to 4 weeks of production time.
If you have any special requests like adding in another colour or a different size please don't hesitate to reach out and let me know! I would love to work with you to capture the spirit of the building and the story it wants to tell.
